General
We don't currently offer in-person collections. All orders must be placed through our online shop and will be delivered to you via our shipping service. You may also find our beans stocked at selected coffee shops.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.
UK delivery costs £2.50 via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, or is free when you buy 2 or more bags. If you need your order sooner, we also offer Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service for £4.00.
We currently deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Coffee & brewing
We dispatch coffee that was roasted no more than 7 days before your order is placed. You may receive coffee that was roasted only a few days before it arrives. If so, we recommend allowing it to rest for a few days after delivery before brewing. Every bag includes a roast date so you know exactly how fresh it is.
For best results, we recommend allowing your coffee to rest in its sealed bag for 7–14 days after the roast date before brewing. This allows the coffee to degas and develop its full flavour profile.
To keep your coffee fresh, store it in a cool, dark place in its original bag or in an airtight container.
Yes! Our coffee is roasted to be versatile and can be brewed using a variety of methods, including espresso, pour-over, French press, and more.
Our coffee is available as whole beans only. Grinding coffee immediately before brewing produces the best flavour and allows you to get the most out of each coffee.
Returns & refunds
Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns on our coffee products. However, if you have any issues with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. See our refund policy for more details.
